Richard Hamming: You and Your Research
http://www.paulgraham.com/hamming.html
One of the greatest article that I have read on the web so far, it is in plain English. Several key take away from the talk:
1. The need to work on important problem, it is the kind of problem where you are great attack
2. Need to be emotionally involved, full concentration, let your sub-conscience starved and to process only that. You need to trade-off.
3. Find the right attack to the problem, the root cause, look at it from a different way.
